The kids and I found our go to morning smoothie recipe! 8oz. Almond Milk ( I just used the Aldi brand which was Vanilla) 1/3 c. Fat free Greek Yogurt ( I had this frozen already in little muffin tin blocks) 1 frozen banana 1 T. Peanut Butter 2 large handfuls of fresh spinach 1/2 scoop protein powder (optional) I started my blender and added 8 ice cubes. This tasted like a milkshake no joke. I made the kids close there eyes before they tried it and they were amazed.
