    Hello! Do you have recipes for the Root Vegetable Nachos?? Also, I followed you on Instagram and was wondering if you can also please share recipe for Spaghetti Squash Buffalo Chicken Bowl? Would really love to try both of these. On Day 3 here so looking for good recipes… 🙂

      I just chop a little mint , tomato and splash of balsamic for the quinoa

      For the jalepeno cucumber salad I fill a green container with Romaine and finely chopped cucumber and pickeled jalepeno

      I just use lean ground beef with lots of seasonings. Salt n Pepper, Garlic & Onion Powder, or Trader Joe’s Eveything Seasoning
