One of my favorites. Sweet Potato Hash-browns, 1 egg, turkey baconNon-fat Greek Yogurt with vanilla extract and stevia layered with strawberries
Paleo Pancakes {1/2 ripe banana, egg, cinnamon} steel cut oats
Super Simple – one egg, two strips of turkey bacon
Egg in a nest of sweet potatoes and bacon
Kale open faced omelet
Sweet Potato Pancakes
1 yellow container of cooked sweet potato {I cooked mine in the microwave for 5 min and then mashed them in my container :)}
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp cinnamon
Dash of nutmeg
Pinch of salt
These were so filling I couldn’t finish!My current favorite 2 eggs over a baked sweet potato (I cook it in the microwave while the eggs are cooking)
Steel Cut Oatmeal topped with shredded Granny Smith Apple and cinnamon
Sweet Potato Waffle and 1 egg
Spinach and Bacon open faced
Steel Cut Oatmeal topped with “fried” bananas
2 eggs over sweet potato hash browns
Maple Bacon Steel Cut Oatmeal – a yellow container topped with crumbled turkey bacon and 1tsp of pure maple syrup
Simple Breakfast Sandwich – 1 egg, two strips of turkey bacon on a sandwich thin
